Tucked into a secluded 50 acres of Mohican Territory, Rooted and Wild is a Regenerative Arts Farm and Homestead Apothecary offering a seasonal CSA of herbs, tinctures, teas, tonics, adaptogenic mushrooms and vegetables. Our Community is the backbone of sustaining our farm with ethos that go beyond sustainability to anchor the principles of Native Landscape & Permaculture. We focus on practices that regenerate topsoil, increase biodiversity, mitigate climate change and enhance ecosystems. Our farm serves as the foundation for educating communities about regenerative living, restoration, food sovereignty & justice. We have begun with farming Lavender, Hemp, Medicinal Herbs, as well as set the stage for growing fungi, expanding our kitchen gardens, orchard and edible forest landscape. Our design systems replenish and give energy to one another. They provides us, our community and the landscape with Food, Fuel, Fiber, Fodder, Fertilizer, “Farmaceuticals” and FUN.
